Dye Sublimation

Sublimation is a unique manufacturing process that directly infuses the entire design of a jersey into the fabric. The design includes everything from the colors, logos, numbers, player names, and striping, making them an integral part of the fabric itself.

The process begins with the creation of digital designs using graphic design software. These designs are then printed onto transfer paper using large format printers at life-size. The transfer paper with the design is then placed onto the fabric and subjected to high temperature and pressure. The heat and pressure cause the design to transform into gas, which permeates the fabric’s molecules, creating a permanent bond. Finally, the fabric panels are sewn together to create the finished sublimated jersey.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a highly popular decoration style that involves decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. The first step in embroidery is to “digitize” the logo, which means mapping out the design for an embroidery machine based on the intricacies of the logo and its colors. Then, the appropriate thread colors are chosen, and a virtual sew-out of the embroidered logo is provided for approval. Once approved, the order is sent to the embroidery machines for completion.

Embroidery is a great solution for creating a professional and high-quality look for specific products. Some ideal items for embroidery include custom hats, toques, headwear, jackets, fleece tops and bottoms, backpacks and bags, towels, blankets, scarves, and more.

There are several benefits to using embroidery as a decoration method. Firstly, the detailed design of embroidery creates a high perceived value and professionalism. Additionally, repeats require less setup and costs compared to other decoration methods. Embroidery also adds texture and style to the products and is more durable and resistant to weather and washing than other decoration methods.

Screen Printing

Screen printing involves using a stencil to apply multiple layers of ink directly onto a product, making it a highly versatile decoration method suitable for a wide range of items. Also known as silk screen printing, this approach is particularly cost-effective for large custom product runs and is well-suited for customizing t-shirts, jerseys, polyester fabrics, and more. While the use of inks allows for great flexibility in matching colors and designs, it’s generally recommended to use four colors or less to optimize both cost and quality. Screen printing is an excellent choice for custom shirts, activewear, hoodies and fleece, jerseys and uniforms, and jackets.

Benefits of screen printing include its cost-effectiveness for large custom orders, its versatility in ink colors and designs, and the vibrant inks that make logos more visible than with digital printing.

Heat Vinyl Transfer

Heat Transfers, also known as digital transfers, offer an affordable decoration option with a wide range of colors. This decoration method provides the flexibility of colors and is an excellent choice for smaller orders. Unlike other decoration methods, heat transfers do not require physical resources like inks or threads to create logos. Heat transfers are suitable for customizing various products, including shirts, activewear, hoodies, fleece, jerseys, uniforms, jackets, backpacks, and bags.

Benefits of Heat Transfers:

  • Minimal setup costs and equipment required, making it ideal for small or ongoing orders.
  • Fine details and smaller text are achievable, where it may be difficult with embroidery or screen printing.
  • Available in many different styles and finishes, providing versatility in the decoration process.
Patches

Custom patches are an excellent way to add texture and depth to your logo and custom items. There are a few ways to apply patches to your product, including debossing your logo onto a leather patch and embroidering it onto the product or creating an embroidered patch and attaching it via a heat transfer. Additionally, 3D puff embroidery involves placing a foam pad or “puff” onto your product and having an embroidery machine sew an outline of your design, creating a three-dimensional effect that sets your product apart. Custom patches are perfect for custom hats, toques (patches only), workwear (patches only), backpacks, and bags (patches only).

Benefits of Patches

  • Adds a professional and elegant touch
  • Long-lasting and durable compared to embroidery
  • Creates texture and depth with the three-dimensional effect
Digital Printing

Digital printing is a modern printing method that utilizes digital files to print images, text, or graphics onto a variety of materials. It does not require a printing plate like traditional offset printing, which allows for quicker setup and more flexibility in terms of customization and print runs. Digital printing is often used for short-run projects or for printing on-demand, such as for personalized items or variable data printing.

Popular items include roll up banners, indoor/outdoor banners, signs, wall murals, stickers and much much more.
